One person’s identity is separate from membership in an organization. An organization role does not automatically grant every application, project, billing record or approval action. The owning application checks its own entitlement and object permissions.
Open the intended organization#
After required authentication, use the organizations available to your account and choose Open organization where offered. If no verified organization access is available, contact the inviting administrator or Aurona. Do not create a second account to bypass a missing grant.
Changing organizations#
Confirm the organization and application before using a private record. Switching context must reauthorize access; it does not copy customer data or expand permissions. A shared record link still requires independent access, and a public guide link carries no private organization context.
Request the relevant access#
Ask the appropriate administrator to review the exact organization/application/project or billing grant. Keep private reference details inside that authorized process. Ordinary public documentation remains readable separately.
