Before you begin#

Use this guide when you have a material or equipment requirement for Aurona to review. Keep the original specification, drawing revision, quantities and units available. Share only documents you are authorized to provide. A customer account is not required for the public RFQ form.

Prepare the requirement#

  • Company, Contact name and Business email.
  • Material / product, Grade / specification, Form / configuration and Dimensions, where applicable.
  • Quantity and Unit, with original line references and any unresolved questions.
  • Required delivery date, Ship-to location and Documentation requirements.

Identify mandatory requirements separately from preferences. A requested delivery date remains a planning requirement until explicitly confirmed in a formal quotation.

Complete the current form#

  1. Open Request a quote

Open the public RFQ route and enter the requirement using the displayed form labels. An attachment can supply supporting detail; confirm that the contact fields are complete.

  2. Review details and attachments

Check quantities, units, drawing revisions, required date and destination. Use Additional requirements for conditions that need clarification. Read the sharing/processing consent before selecting it.

  3. Submit and check the real response

Use the form submission action once. Wait for its actual confirmation or error. Keep the supplied inquiry reference if one is returned; an upload-complete message alone is not RFQ submission.

What happens next#

Submission requests review and possible clarification. It does not establish stock, manufacturer authorization, a final price, technical suitability, a shipment date or order acceptance. Keep your original requirement and the actual response together.

If you cannot submit#

Correct the associated field errors. If an attachment is unavailable, the form supports submitting material details without it. If the form reports failure, keep your source documents and use the existing Contact sales or Support Center route; do not assume a request was received.
