Prepare the original requirement#
Use the project specification, equipment schedule, drawings and nameplate information where applicable. Keep ratings, configuration, quantities and units tied to their actual source; this guide supplies no default transformer design.
Identify review inputs#
- Equipment references and the relevant source specification/drawing revisions.
- Required configuration, interfaces, dimensions and stated site/project constraints.
- Quantity, ship-to location and requested delivery timing.
- Required manufacturer documents, test records, traceability and delivery deliverables.
Submit for review#
Use the RFQ form with the source attachments and clearly marked unresolved requirements. Resolve technical suitability and any proposed alternative through the responsible qualified parties and actual manufacturer documentation.
