Start from the responsible project team’s equipment schedule, single-line diagram, specification and revisions. Switchgear inquiries may cover a lineup, protective devices and connections to adjacent equipment. Preserve the boundaries between new and existing systems.
Prepare the inquiry package#
- Identify equipment/line references, quantities, specified ratings and configuration from the source documents.
- Include the relevant schedule, single-line diagram, dimensional/interface constraints and requested revision.
- State required manufacturer submittals, test records and delivery-document requirements.
- Identify exceptions, alternatives or unresolved questions rather than silently substituting values.
Request review#
Use the public RFQ form and attach permitted source documents. Aurona can review a defined manufacturing or supply request and identify missing commercial/documentation information. Protection settings, coordination studies, arc-flash analysis and engineering acceptance remain with the responsible qualified parties.
Resource applicability#
This page is Aurona process guidance. It does not list an approved manufacturer model or a stock position. Use the actual issuer/model/revision when a manufacturer resource is provided; do not transfer ratings or instructions between equipment families.
