Provide drawings and specifications
Attach a permitted source file, identify its revision and distinguish upload from completed inquiry submission.
Current Revision 5 Reviewed Oct 29, 2026
Before you begin#
Use files you are authorized to share. Identify the drawing/specification number, revision and the inquiry line it supports. Customer-specific drawings and quotations remain private application records; this public guide does not list them.
Accepted files#
The current RFQ interface accepts PDF, XLSX, CSV, DOCX, JPG/JPEG, PNG and WebP. Each file must contain at least one byte and be no larger than 20 MB; the form allows up to 5 files. Choose a readable source revision and retain its units and identifiers.
Upload and review#
Choose source files
Use the RFQ attachment area or drop permitted files into it. Wait for each transfer and completion response.
Check the file list
Confirm the intended filenames and remove an incorrect file before submission. Uploaded · security review pending indicates transfer completion, not authorization to open the file or acceptance of its contents.
Identify revisions in the requirement
Use Documentation requirements or Additional requirements to state the document identifier/revision and any superseded file. Submit the RFQ and check its actual response.
Rejected or interrupted uploads#
An empty, unsupported or oversized file is rejected. A transfer or completion failure requires retry; it is not a successful upload. If upload is unavailable, enter the requirement without the attachment and use the configured contact route to agree a secure alternative. Do not post private drawings in public feedback.
