Before you begin#

  • An existing Aurona account with completed required authentication.
  • Access to the organization and the project or explicitly shared records you intend to inspect.

Organization and project are separate working contexts#

The header identifies the active organization and, inside a project, the selected project. Portfolio views show the projects allowed by your current access. Selecting another organization changes context; it does not copy records or grant new authority.

A portfolio or program groups delivery work. Membership in a working scope does not replace project membership, technical-review authority or separately granted billing access. Shared collaborators may see only explicitly selected records.

Keep your place in guidance#

Help is available from the application header. Opening Help uses a topic associated with the current route. Navigating the application does not replace an article you are reading; use Help for current page when you want the topic for the new workspace.

Inputs and terminology#

Inputs and terminology
TermMeaning
Working scopePortfolio, program or project context used to organize work; it is not an access grant.
Record contextThe current search, filters, sort, page and selected record associated with a working register.

Procedure#

  1. Choose the organization

Use the organization selector in the header. Select an organization already available to your account.

Check the organization label before opening project or billing records.

  2. Open the project

Open Projects or All projects, find the project by its business name or reference, and open it.

Confirm the project reference in the header or breadcrumb before using Power Planning, Schedule, Equipment or Reviews.

  3. Inspect and return

Open a record from its register. Use the register return control to retain its working context.

Use a stable record link when directing an authorized colleague to the same object; the colleague still needs independent access.

Verify the result#

The header and breadcrumb identify the intended organization and project. Registers contain only currently authorized records.

What happens next#

Navigation does not change project data, memberships, engineering authority or commercial permissions.
